Steps

Take a dal wash and soaked for 1 hour.

Take a rice wash and soaked for half an hour.

Take a pressure cooker add water and dal,salt mix and cover with lid take a 4 whistle.

After 4 whistle add rice and take a 2 whistle.

Take a pan add clarified butter then butter heat add cuminseeds crackle then add ginger and onion saute then add black pepper,red chilli and garam masala.

Then tarka mix in khichri and serve hot then add clarified butter.
