Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gliver cut into small pieces
  • 1medium onion finely chopped
  • Halfbell pepper sliced
  • 1royco cube/Half jumbo
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot put oil,add onion and cook until golden brown

  2. 2

    Add the liver,salt and royco cube and stir for about 3 minutes.....N/B don't over cook.its hardens and looses the good taste
