2 servings
  1. 250 gliver cut into small pieces
  2. 1medium onion finely chopped
  3. Halfbell pepper sliced
  4. 1royco cube/Half jumbo
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. Black pepper powder
  7. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot put oil,add onion and cook until golden brown

  2. 2

    Add the liver,salt and royco cube and stir for about 3 minutes.....N/B don't over cook.its hardens and looses the good taste
