Peel pine apple and chop in a chopper

Now cook it for 20/30 mins on low flame with it's own juice

When done add sugar and cook for 10 mins..

Heat ghee add khoya saute add crushed vanila cake saute and add this to the cooked pineapple

Cook for another 5 to 10 mins or untill it leaves the corners..garnish with almond flakes
