Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 2 tbspnyeast
  4. 1 1/4 cupwater
  5. Dashnutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients together, pour in 1cup of water and mix, then later add the remaining ¼Cup and mix well.

  2. 2

    Cover with a cling film and let it rise for about an hour

  3. 3

    Then deflate d batter (getting rid of the air inside) and then fry in medium heat. Coat with sugar or any topping of ur choice. Enjoy!
