Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven. Coat baking pan with butter and flour, set aside.

  2. 2

    Sift all dry ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Pour milk, oil and eggs into dry ingredients. Using and electric whisk, whisk for 8 to 12 mins. Add your food colours and whisk. Ensure the colours are well incorporated. Pour into pan and bake.

  4. 4

    When baked, allow to cool down before cutting or covering.
