It's innovative recipe tried out to finish off leftover pickle as they age and get dried. Tangy yummy paratha is mouthwatering.
Steps

Knead a soft dough of wheat flour salt, oil and water. Let it rest for 10 mins.

In a mixer jar add raw mango pickle (remove hard portion) garlic pods, sugar,oil and grind to smooth paste.

Add fennel seeds to paste and slightly grind it.

Roll out a regular roti and make hole in centre and apply paste around the hole. Leave edges with out paste to avoid spilling.

Roll the roti from hole inside to outside. It will form a circular tube

Cut at thin point and start rolling it like a spiral.

Slightly press this spiral and roll like a roti slowly.

Roast it with ghee/oil on tawa and serve hot..
