Steps

Take grated carrots and add salt, sugar, coarse grinded peanut powder.mix well.

Add curd and mix well

Take oil in a tadka pan for tempering. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.add urad dal and wait till it becomes pink. Later switch off flame and add aestofida and curry leaves

Pour this tempering on carrots mixture. Mix well and serve.
