Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour + 2 tbsp
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 cupmargarine
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 2 tspvannila
  • 1 tbsplemon zest
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • 2 cupsblueberries

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream sugar and margarine

  2. 2

    Add vanilla, eggs, one at a time.

  3. 3

    Add the zest

  4. 4

    Fold in flour alternating with the buttermilk

  5. 5

    Toss the berries with the 2 tbsp flour and fold into the batter.

  6. 6

    Pour into a prepared tin n bake in a pre heated oven for 30 mins or until readys
