Ingredients

  • 2chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomato
  • leaveschopped coriander
  • 1/2 kgchopped mushroom
  • 1 tbspgarlic ginger paste
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • 1 bowlgreen peas
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilli powder as per taste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tastegaram masala
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and cook till it get brown.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and saute it, now add chopped tomato and saute it.

  3. 3

    Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala.

  4. 4

    Add green peas and mushroom and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
