Slice the chicken breast and onion into thin strips. In a bowl, combine with yogurt, salt, black pepper, shawarma spice mix, and tomato paste. Mix well and let marinate for 1 hour.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and sumac. Cook on low heat until the chicken is cooked through, then add the juice of 1 lemon.
