Ingredients

  • 200 gramsmultigrain atta
  • 1/2 cupmethi leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take wheat flour 1cup,add 1-2tsps of besan,red chilli powder,salt,zeera powder,gingergarlic paste,finely chopped green chilli 1/2tsp,turmeric powder 1/2tsp,finely chopped methi leaves.

  2. 2

    Add a pinch of ajwain and a pinch of sesame to enhance the taste.
    Mix it well,add 3tsp curd,mix it and then add water to form a dough.
    Add 1tsp oil and keep kneading dough fr 3-4mins.

  3. 3

    Then prepare thepla same like chapatis and fry on tava both sides applying ghee.
    Yummy yummy sizzling thepla ready to serve with curd and pickle.
