My youngest daughter loves chicken tenders and, having tired of buying the unhealthy frozen ones, I decided to throw this recipe together. They turned out amazing! Said daughter ate her weight in them. 😊

Growing up in Texas I ate a lot of fried chicken as a child and something I always noticed was everybody I knew that made it had their own way to do the breading. So naturally I had to one up my family and friends and came up with a simple yet delicious twist on the old favorite!

Everyone loves my fried chicken. It's simple and delicious. It's my husband favorite dinner out of everything that I make. Everyone always asks how I make it and how I get the breading to stay on so good. Trial and error my friends, and some skills in the kitchen ;)
