Heat clarified butter in a pan a and deep fry the gond and keep aside.

Roast the mawa until brown

Heat sugar and water in a pan.

Cook till sugar dissolves and syrup get thick consistency

Add gond and mawa and mix well.
- 6
Grease the plate and pour the mawa gond mixture and spread it.
- 7
Once cooled,cut in a diamond shape.
- 8
Garnish with almonds.
