Pesach cake
On pesach we dont eat any chometz (leaven). We are very careful about so were left with a select variation of foods to use. Its one of my favorite holidays, i love all the natural food we use and have a blast playing around with them to create yum food :)
My friend shared with me this excellent recipe to make a cake, yup you heard right, a cake for pesach :)))
We made it and it came out delicious!!
So excited to serve it at our yom tov meal :)

Steps
- 1
Peel and core apples
- 2
Slice them and cover the bottom of a pan (it makes enough for 2 cakes)
- 3
Add bananas, potatoes and eggs to a blender. Process until smooth
- 4
Pour over the apples.
In one pan i put one less banana, hence the difference in color.
One pan i poured the banana over the apple, in the other i mixed the apples in for variation
I would have liked to add nuts.. - 5
Bake at 350° for 40 min
- 6
Serve with pesach ice cream
