Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1fried fish
  • 2large tomatoes peeled & diced
  • 1large onion
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1small pepper
  • 1grated beetroot

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan & sautee the onions,

    Add in tomatoes to cook till soft.

  3. 3

    Add the fish then salt and pepper followed by beetroot. Mix well then add water.

    Let cook for 10mins before serving.
