Make a paste of brown fried onion, green chillies, dry red chillies, coriander leaves and all garam masalas.

Mix the above paste to boiled yam with some salt and chopped cashews and raisins.

Make a hole in the yam mixture dough. Burn the charcoal on the gas. Keep one beetle leaf in the middle and put hot charcoal on the leaf. Pour some ghee on the charcoal and cover it for 5 minutes.

Again mix and make small roundels of the mixture and give them a shape of your choice.

Now dip the kababs in egg whites and coat them with breadcrumbs.

Fry them in hot oil and serve.
