Soak these phools(flowers) in hot salted water for a night.

In the morning strain out water and add fresh water.
- 3
Now cook it in a cooker until one whistle.
- 4
Now strain out the water and squeeze phools.
- 5
Mash these phools with a help of masher.
- 6
Take a kadhai and add all the veggies cook it for 5 min. and now add dry masala, curd and mix it well.
- 7
Now add mashed swanjana phool. it is ready to be served.
