Ingredients

  • 2 cupsdesiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cupcoconut water / just normal water
  • 1large onion
  • 6green chilli peppers
  • 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
  • 1small carrot grated
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tsplemon zest
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspwhite vinegar (optional)

Steps

    Put everything in a blender, blend until smooth.

    Chutney is ready to serve! Enjoy

    Note: you can adjust the water according to your preferred thickness for the chutney.
