  1. I pack macaroni
  2. 1/2 kggizzard
  3. Onion
  4. cubesSeasoning
  5. Oil
  6. Tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the macaroni and wash it,then cook till tender

  2. 2

    Wash and season the gizzard,cook till tender then fry,set aside

  3. 3

    Fry the chopped tomatoes in vegetable oil,add the chopped vegetables,add the gizzard and the sauce,and simmer for two minutes

  4. 4

    Serve
