Pick your ewedu rinse with salt put a pot and parboil add a little potash but optional

Season and boil meat add seasoning pepper n crayfish.with palm oil

Pour d leaves inside the boiling pot allow to boil add seasoning and salt to taste.then is ready to be served with any swallow of ur choice.
