250 gmspring onion
2Potatoes cut into cubes
1 tspnigella seeds
1onion chopped
2green chillies chopped
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chilli
2

Add onion and saute till translucent
3

Add chopped spring onion and fry
4

As it is fried well at potato and try again
5

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
6

Add sugar to adjust salt and it is ready
