Wash fog for 7 to 8 times, and keep in clean bowl

Don't throw waste in wash basin

Add whole wheat flour and gram flour, salt and baking soda

Add red chilli powder, asafoetida, oil and kasuri methi

Knead a dough (don't add water because fog is moist)

Grease idli maker and steam for 15 minutes after that transfer in hot case

In a serving plate arrange fog dhokla and dust with powder sugar and serve with ghee and curd
