Steps

Wash the beans to peel off the back. Add fresh pepper and little onion then grind it very smooth (don't make it watery so that the akara will not soak oil)

Chop onion and add to he beans, add little salt break egg into beans and add little water if need be. Mix it very well
- 3
Put veg oil in a pan and allow it to heat then scoop the mixture in to oil gently and gradually. Turn to the other side too to turn golden brown.

Your fluffy akara is ready
