Ingredients

  1. 3Banana ka peel
  2. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  3. 1/2 cupmaida
  4. 1/3 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tablespooncoriander leaves
  7. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut in long strips of banana peel

  2. 2

    In one bowl add corn flour,maida,salt red chilli powder, coriander leaves water and make a thick paste.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in pan,drop one by one peel in oil and cook till in golden colour.Serve hot.
