The whole wheat flour plus the pumpkin brings a unique flavour to the chapattis.
Steps

Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Boil the pumpkin adding salt to taste until it is easy to mash.

Mash the pumpkin, add the atta flour and the Exe chapati flour.

Knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough.let it rest for 30min.

Oil the dough and divide into sizeable balls.

Roll out to sizeable circle shapes.

Heat your pan or skillet, place and cook the chapattis on both sides without oil. Repeat for the other pieces.

Apply now cooking oil and let cook till golden brown.

Enjoy.
