Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cbroccoli florets
  • 12 ozchicken, cut in 1/2" pieces
  • dasheach of salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cshredded cheddar cheese
  • cooking spray
  • 2 Twater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Add broccoli and 2 T water. Cover and cooked until slightly softened abd water evaporated.

  2. 2

    Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle on cheese and cook until melted. Can be served wrapped in lettuce or tortilla.
