Ingredients

1tray sausages (meat or vegetarian)
1 tablespoonsugar
2large onions
Cherry tomatoes
Green herbs of your choice
Crushed garlic (optional)
Olive oil

Steps

Thinly slice onions and layer in an oven dish

Sprinkle sugar over onions for caramelisation
3

Halve each sausage and place over onions
4

Add cherry tomatoes, garlic and herbs, and drizzle with olive oil
5

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
