Ingredients
- 2
Add your base ingredients, melted Butter, Flour, Honey, Salt, Milk,Eggs and Vanilla extract to the blender.
- 3
Blend for 5 minutes on medium then pulse for 2 minutes. Pour the mix into a jug for pouring its easier.makes just over 1 pint.
- 4
Add just 1 tsp Butter for the first crepe then add more if needed for the secound crepe and so on. 2 tbls should be enough. When heated up and the butter starts to bubble pour your first crepe in so it fills the bottom of the non stick frying pan. Then swirl it around the pan so it covers the bottom.
- 5
Turn heat down if it gets too hot while cooking. Then turn up for the next one and so on. Shake and if it slides that side is done. Should only take 1 minute for each one.
- 6
When they are all done take one at a time and add your fruit. In a V shape so as to wrap the crepe around the fruit
- 7
Then you can add some syrup on top and some sieved icing sugar.
