Lauki ki barfi

Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan,the milk comes to a boil, add the greated lauki.

Cook till all the milk has reduced and mixture has thinned, now add sugar.

The lauki will release some more water, cook again till the mixture has thinned, add the ghee and cardamom powder and mix well.

Grease a small plate or try with ghee and pour the mixture in the try,spread evenly, and garnish with kaju.

Let the barfi set for a few hours. And cut into small pieces. And ready to serve.
