Boil the liver for 10 minutes to become soft. Dry your sufuria, into it add 4 spoons cooking oil and heat. Add your onions and fry to become brown.

Then add your crushed garlic and stir for three minutes

Now add the pilau mix masala and stir till all the ingredients to turn brown.

Then add the tomatoes and summer to become soft.

Then add the boiled liver and fry for two minutes. Add two cups of hot water and leave to boil for a minute. Add a little salt to taste.

Then add your one cup of rice and stir as you cook till the water to be absorbed. Remove and cool it. Prepare your kachumbari and serve with the pilau. Enjoy.
