Heat oil in a pan,add,muster seeds,jeera,urad daal,hing,chana daal,curry leaves, chopped ginger, chopped, chilli, chopped onion,redchilli, Salt, and fry them.

In a mixture jar add Jowar rottis and make coarse powder.now add Jowar roti powder,water,spring onion, coriander, lemon juice, and cook for five minutes

Serve hot.
