Preheat your mawe tatu sufuria in a low heat.Grease your baking tin, measure your ingredients, sift the flour together with baking powder and cocoa and set them aside.

Remove it from the sufuria and place it in a cooling rack to cool.

Cream butter and sugar for 3-5 minutes until it turns pale and fluffy

Add mashed banana and beat until it is well incorporated

Add eggs one at a time and beat until well incorporated. Mix the last egg with vanilla essence.

Add the dry ingredients.

Beat the mixture in a low speed until the flour disappears. Dont overheat.

Place the sufuria with batter in the big heavy sufuria

Cover it and bake for 35 minutes in a low heat

After 35 minutes insert a skewer if it comes out clean the cake is ready.
