Ingredients

  • 1orange
  • 1 1/3 cupsall-purpose flour (about 170 grams)
  • 1 packetbaking powder
  • 3eggs
  • 1 1/4 cupssugar (about 250 grams)
  • 1/3 cupsunflower oil (about 70 ml)

Steps

    Blend the whole unpeeled orange with the eggs, oil, and sugar until smooth.

  2. 2

    Mix the baking powder with the flour, then sift it into the orange mixture.

  3. 3

    Beat everything together with a whisk until well combined.

  4. 4

    Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.

  5. 5

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes, using bottom heat only.
