3/4 tspbicarbonate soda
1/2 tspsalt
1 tspvanilla essence
1 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cupcocoa
1large egg
1/4 cupoil
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupboiling coffee

Preheat oven @ 170 degrees,line a 9 inch pan.

Measure and assemble all ingredients

In a large bowl mix the flour,baking powder,bicarbonate of soda,sugar,salt,cocoa whisk to incorporate well.

Add oil,milk,egg,essence n whisk till well combined.

Add hot coffee n mix the mixture is runny

Pour in a prepared baking tin

Bake at 170 for 40-45 mins until a skewer comes out clean

Cool in a pan for 30 mins before transferring to a wire rack

When completely cooled u can frost or chill in the fridge to enjoy with a cup of milk
