Ingredients

  • 2 cuppoha(150gm)
  • 2 tbsp(finely chopped) coriander leaves
  • 2(Finley chopped) onion
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder(according to taste)
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspfive spices(panch phoran)
  • 2green chilli(Finley chopped)
  • 1 tbsplahsun patta(Finley chopped
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 2 tbspoil
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 1 cupfresh green peas

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak poha, strain water from it and keep a side.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add green chilli and panch phoran.

    After than put chopped onion and roast untill turns pink.

    Now add 1cup peas and cook for 5 minutes.

    After than add turmeric powder, garam masala,red chilli powder and salt according to tasteand cook on medium flame for 2min.

    After than add poha and mix well and keep cover and cook on low flame for 1min.and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.
