  1. 2chicken breasts
  2. Chopped onion
  3. to tastePaprika
  4. Chorizo sausage
  5. 400 gbasmati rice
  6. Tinchickpeas
  7. Small tin of tomatoes
  8. Olive oil
  9. Squeezelemon to serve

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice in salted water. Drain well. Meanwhile, chop and fry onion in oil. Add chopped chorizo. Cook for 5-6 mins

    Add chopped chicken. Cook for 5-6 mins. Add paprika to taste

    Add chopped tomatoes and drained chickpeas. Cook for 5-6 mins, serve with rice and lemon :)
