Steps

  1. 1

    Season tilapia with salt, pepper, and chili powder

  2. 2

    Put sliced butter on pan and melt it

  3. 3

    Place the fish on the pan and put lid on with small opening, cook for 6 minutes

  4. 4

    Flip fish and cook without lid for 4 minutes
