1 ltrFull fat milk
1/2 cupSugar
8-10 pcs.Anjeer(figs)

Steps

Soak dry figs in warm milk for 1 hour and churn.Make a paste.

Boil milk in a thick bottom vessel.Add sugar.Stir continuously until milk is in 3/4 portion.Let it cool at room temperature.

Now add fig mixture in the milk and churn with blender.Mix well.Serve chilled.

Delicious Anjeer Rabdi is ready to serve.
