Chicken charcoal samosas

Boil the chicken by adding salt,ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder..after boiling shred it..

Now take a pan add oil,add onion and all spices(red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder) mix well add little bit of water and add the shredded chicken into it and let the mixture be cool down completely..now add chopped spring onion to it..

Then take a charcoal put on gas let it light up..put foil in mixture then put the hot charcoal in it and add ghee on charcoal,same time close the lid tightly so dat the charcoal smell will be set inside the mixture(that gives the amayzing taste to the samosas)

Afterwards take samosas strips fill the mixture roll in samosas shape and deep fry in oil..
