Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 4potatoes
  • As neededoil, olive
  • 1egg
  • 5 mlsalt
  • 2 mlpepper, black, grounded

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash potatoes. Place potatoes in a microwaveable bowl with a little bit of water and microwave on high for 8 minutes - it should not be cooked completely.

  2. 2

    Cooldown potatoes in cold water. Grate potatoes in a bowl (I grated with skin on, but you can take it off).

  3. 3

    Add the egg, salt and pepper to the grated potato and mix.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease baking sheet with oil or butter.

  5. 5

    Form patties on the baking sheet of approximately 5cm wide and 1cm thick.

  6. 6

    Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until golden. Turning them half way.

  7. 7

    Can be served hot or room temperature. Enjoy!
