Ingredients

  • 2boil eggs
  • 4 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 4chopped green chillis
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 4 tspsoyabean oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan with rai and jeera

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions and cook for 4 minutes

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomatoes with red chilli powder and salt

  5. 5

    Add boiled egg and water and cook the mixture for 15-20 minutes and your egg curry is ready to serve.
