Ingredients

  • 1 bowlbesan
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonrai
  • 1/4 teaspoonjeera
  • 1 teaspooneno
  • 1 pinchbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the battar using besan, haldi,water, eno baking soda, salt and chilli powder

  2. 2

    Pour the mixture in a oil-greased tumbler and steam it in hot water for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Your instant dhokla is ready to serve
