Peel the potatoes and boil. Find overboil

Prepare your paste by adding 1/4 cup of water in the gram flour. Then add chilli powder and salt

Cut the potatoes into slices or thin round shapes and mix in the paste.

Heat cooking oil and fry the mixture

After cooking both sides remove from heat
