Steps

Preheat oven for 220degree; Peel irish potato and wash and pat dry, sprinkle salt, chilli pepper flakes, onion flakes and knorr cube optional if you wish

Sprinkle veg oil into the bowl where you have the potato and toss every thing together and place irish potato in the baking dish and place in the oven
- 3
After about 30minutes, remove from oven and smash a bit to confirm its cooked through and place back in the oven if its still not cooked through and serve with sauce of your choice
