Baked garlic potato
Made this for our Valentine dinner. Wife ❤️ it.

Skin and cut potatoes.

Chop onions.

Boil potato, sprinkle salt generously. Put in some of the chopped onions.

Spread the remaining onions on a glass roaster. Pour around 4-5 table spoon of olive oil.

After around 20 mins of boiling, move the potatoes to glass roaster.

Set oven to 225 C. After preheating for awhile, put glass roaster into oven. Bake for around 15 mins.

Take out from oven and serve.
