1/4 cupButter
8 ozCream Cheese
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
to taste Ground Caraway
to taste Paprika
2 TbsChives
6-8 tspBeer

Peel camembert cheese while cold. Then allow bitter and camembert to soften.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve with a hearty German style bread. Spread mixture on bread and die happy.
