Soak the Rajma over night and in a pressure cooker take 5 whistles and keep aside.

Soak the rice for 20 mins and boiled the rice and keep aside and add 2 tsp ghee.

In a pan put oil and heat it then add cumin and add hing, onion and garlic ginger paste and add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes then add all dry masalas and fry for 2 minutes then add boiled Rajma and cook for 10 minutes in the low flame and add Kasuri methi leaves and add garam masala and cook for 5 minutes.

Rajma is ready and Granish with coriander leaves and lemon.

Serve with hot rice and rajma.
