Take a heaye bottom kadai and add grinded gajar and cooked for a minute on low flame.

Now add a milk and mix well and let the milk comes to boil.Stir in bitween so that milk does not get stick to bottom. Cook carrot and milk for 30 minutes on low flame.

Now add a sugar and cardmom ghee, powder mix it well, once again cook the carrot for a few minutes. on low flame. until all the milk evaporates.

And gajar halwa is ready.
