Steps

Take 2 tsp milk in bowl, mix custard powder and milk powder in it

1 tsp in other bowl in which soak kesar

In heavy bottom pan take remaining milk and heat it on medium flame by rotating spoon

Once it half in quantity add custard powder mixture and mix well

Add kesar milk and cook it more till milk gets thicker, add pista
- 6
Now pour it in kulfi mold or in small mataki with stick and freeze it for 5-7 hrs. Carefully take out from mold and serve
