Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupcheek /Colostrum milk
  • 3/4 cupcow milk
  • 11/4 cupsugar
  • 3/4Green cardemom powder
  • 2-3Saffron stand
  • 1 pinchNutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well. Heat a some water in a pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Pour a mixer in deep container and steam in a pressure cooker 10minute over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Low heat and continue 15 minute longer.

  4. 4

    Remove the container from the cooker and set keep a side to cool.

    Chilled in a refrigerater for a couple of hours. Cut in to cubes and serve.
